How do you sell cars in GTA 5?

I want to sell some of my cars so I can buy properties in GTA 5 story mode, but I’m not sure. Can you tell me how to sell cars in GTA 5?

Follow these steps to
sell a car
 in GTA 5:
  • Step 1: Steal a car that you would like to sell.
  • Step 2: Look for the nearest Los Santos location marked by a spray paint can on your map.
  • Step 3: Drive your stolen car to this Los Santos location and pull inside.
  • Step 4: Choose “Sell Car” from the menu and the money will be put into your account.
Keep the following restrictions in mind when you’re selling cars in GTA 5:
  • You can only sell a car once per virtual day, which translates to every 48 minutes in real-time.
  • You can’t sell any of the stock cars that you started the game with.
  • Casino cars will only sell for the value of any upgrades—not for the actual value of the car itself.
Pro tip: Steal nicer cars from affluent neighborhoods in GTA 5 to get the most money when you sell them.
You can also easily get rid of lower-value cars in GTA 5 by destroying them. You may even get a bit of money if the car was covered by Mors Mutual, the fictional GTA 5
