How do you connect Bluetooth to a 2011 Ford F-150?

My partner and I just sprung for an older pickup, and we’re trying to get all the tech situated before we start using it daily. How do you connect Bluetooth to a 2011 Ford F-150?

Congrats on the new addition to your garage! To connect Bluetooth to a 2011 Ford F-150, just follow these steps:
  • Press the “Phone” button under your radio display to enter the “Phone Menu”
  • Scroll down using your radio tuner, then press “OK” once you see “System Settings”
  • Scroll down then press “OK” with your tuner on “BT Device”
  • Scroll to and select “Add a device”
  • Once “Find SYNC” appears on the display, press “OK”
  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone, and input the six-digit PIN from your F-150’s radio display
  • Once the pairing is complete, “Connected” will appear on the display
  • SYNC will then ask if you’d like this device to be set as your primary phone, press OK if so
You can now make hands-free calls by using voice commands or pressing the “Phone” symbol on the radio display or your steering wheel. Even though you can make those commuting calls with ease, remember to pay attention to the road—no one wants a
