How do I use the Google Earth driving simulator?

I’ve read about a program that allows you to virtually drive along roads on Google Earth. I love driving and seeing new scenery, but I’m not sure how to load this simulator. How can I use the Google Earth driving simulator?

The Google Earth driving simulator is so cool! And it’s relatively easy to get behind the virtual wheel.
To use the Google Earth driving simulator, follow these steps:
  1. Go to
    https://framesynthesis.com/drivingsimulator/maps/
    .
  2. Click start.
  3. You can either install the extension or ignore it.
  4. You should see the interface come up. From here, you can select your location, as well as whether you want to drive a car or a bus.
  5. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to control the vehicle.
