How do I open the gas tank on a Lexus RX 350 from 2021?
I recently purchased a 2021 Lexus RX 350. It’s a great car and I love the features, but I’m having one embarrassing issue: I have no clue how to open the gas tank! How can I open the gas tank on a 2021 Lexus RX?

Don’t stress! The 2021 Lexus RX 350 doesn’t have any buttons, levers, or latches on the interior of the vehicle to open the gas tank, so it can get a little confusing.
- Put the vehicle in park and turn the engine off.
- Make sure the doors are unlocked.
- Go to the rear driver’s side of the vehicle and locate the gas tank filler door.
- Press firmly on the right-hand side of the gas tank door, and it should pop right open.
- Once you’ve filled the tank, push it back into place in the same location you used to open it. This should close the fuel door with ease.
