How do I get my car scrapped?

I have a junker car that I bought for parts some years ago. It's taking up space in my garage. How do I get my car scrapped and maybe make some cash in the process?

Definitely on board with the cash part! The best and easiest option to scrap a car is taking it to a junkyard and
selling
it.
You can get at least a few hundred dollars in cash for the remaining parts and metal while avoiding the back-and-forth and headache of a sale to a private party, who may offer you less than the parts are worth.
As another advantage, some junkyards or scrap metal shops may also pick up the car directly from your house, free of charge, and pay in cash. If you’d like to find junkyards that offer this option, check online for shops in your area and call around. You could even check Cragislist to see if anyone is offering a similar service.
All in all, scrapping is a great option for some fast cash!
If you decide it’s time for a vehicle that you don’t want to scrap, look no further than the
