How do I connect via Bluetooth to my 2009 Cadillac Escalade?
I recently bought a used 2009 Cadillac Escalade and am trying to figure out how to connect my phone to the vehicle, but I don’t have an owner’s manual and am at a loss for what to do. How do I connect via Bluetooth to my 2009 Cadillac Escalade?

You can connect Bluetooth to your 2009 Cadillac Escalade by following these instructions:
- Find and press the push to talk button (it should have a phone symbol with an open mouth next to it). Hold it down for two seconds until the system says Ready followed by a tone.
- Say Bluetooth. The system should then respond by saying Bluetooth ready followed by a tone.
- Say Pair. The system should then give you instructions and a four-digit PIN number.
- Start the Bluetooth pairing process on your smartphone. Under the Pair a new device heading in your Bluetooth settings, you should see a listing titled General Motors. Select the device and follow the system’s instructions referenced in step 3 (you will also need to enter the PIN).
- You will be asked for the phone’s name - call it whatever you find makes the most sense and hit Confirm.
- The system will then respond with has been successfully paired.
Your phone should now be paired via Bluetooth to your 2009 Cadillac Escalade.
