How do I clean car windows?

What’s the best way to clean car windows without leaving streaks and watermarks? Every time I clean my car windows, they end up looking just as dirty as before because of all the residue that the cleaners leave behind.

The best way to clean car windows without leaving behind water spots is to use vinegar. Here’s how:
  1. Mix together equal parts white vinegar and water.
  2. Use a spray bottle to apply the mixture directly to the glass, or pour it onto a microfiber towel to wipe down your windows.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit on the glass for at least 5 minutes as the acidity of the vinegar works to counteract the mineral deposits on your windows.
  4. Carefully wipe away the mixture with a clean microfiber towel.
