Can you buy a car without a license in Texas?

I’m about to turn 18 in the fall, and I’m hoping to get a car before I head off to college. I found the perfect sports sedan at a dealership in Dallas and I want to buy it before someone else snags it! Unfortunately, I don’t have my license quite yet, and I’m not familiar with the DMV laws in Texas. Will I be able to purchase the car without my license?
