No, not all Tesla Model S’ are AWD, though nearly all Model S vehicles built after 2014 either offer an all-wheel drive version as an option or come standard with Tesla’s dual-motor all-wheel drive system.
If you are unsure whether your current Tesla Model S has AWD or want purchase an all-wheel drive Tesla Model S in the future, look out for any configuration that ends in the letter “D,” as this signifies it is the all-wheel drive version.
