The Stinger is a fairly recent model—with only four years on the market, we've yet to see the line evolve significantly, and the same goes for this Kia’s height. Here's how high each trim of the 2022 Stinger will put you above the road:
You can upgrade your Stinger with a 10.3-inch touchscreen, a 15-speaker Harman/Kardon stereo system, or a nice sunroof. What you can't get is higher ground clearance, towing capacity, or traction controls, which doesn't bode well for the Stinger's off-road career.

The difference between older and newer Kias remains fairly cosmetic. Since their main appeal lies in luxury at just-below-luxury prices, can you blame them? Beneath the chassis and undercarriage, the Stinger's dimensions have remained the same throughout the years:

Why you should care about ground clearance
Large ground clearance is essential to off-roading. If there isn't enough space between your vehicle’s chassis and the ground below, you could damage the engine, fuel tank, and other components—or at least seriously scratch them up—when you run over obstacles.
You'll need 6.6-8.7 inches of ground clearance for gravel paths, 8.8-9.4 inches for over-landing, and at least 10.8 inches for rock crawling. Unless you want to make your next stop at the repair shop, keep your Kia off the backroads.

Is the Kia Stinger a good off-road vehicle?
No. Without even the minimum ground clearance to traverse gravel, the Stinger is strictly an urban beast. Its low suspension helps it prowl close to the ground and deliver better handling. Even Kia's famously-generous warranty—10 years/10,000 miles!—is unlikely to help you when it comes to self-inflicted dents and scratches.
