If you’re still not sure what your Ford Edge’s gas tank size is, we recommend re-reading the last section—but if you’re a rebel and like going against the grain, you can take matters into your own hands and measure your gas tank yourself.
Measure the gas tank
To measure the volume of your tank, you’ll need a calculator and measuring tape. Next, just multiply the width, length, and height of the tank and divide that number by 231, which is the number of cubic inches in a gallon.
