The 2019 Honda Accord has a bolt pattern (also known as a lug pattern) of 5 on 4.5, expressed as 5x4.5. This means that each wheel of the 2019 Accord has five bolts, arranged in a circle with a 4.5-inch diameter.
There’s lots to love about the 2019 Honda Accord. Completely redesigned from the 2018 model, the newer iteration of the fan-favorite, family-friendly Accord is available with a fuel-efficient hybrid powertrain
, a more powerful 252-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, a six-speed manual transmission, and a much-improved infotainment system. The wheels, though? They’re the same old ones you’d find on the 2018 version. So, if you’re in the market for a little wheel upgrade for your 2019 Honda Accord, here’s what you need to know about the 2019 Honda Accord bolt pattern and a couple of other important metrics you’ll need to have on hand when shopping.

Although a lot changed from 2018 to 2019 for the Accord, the bolt pattern isn’t one of them. In fact, the bolt pattern for any Accord
from 2003 onwards is the same: 5 on 4.5, or 5x4.5. If that reads like gibberish to you, let’s take a step back and review a little bit about bolt patterns. Every single automobile has a two-figure bolt pattern, which you can think of like this:
# of bolts x diameter of the circle they form
What does this mean for your Accord? It’s pretty simple: a 5x4.5 bolt pattern means that each wheel of your car has five bolts, and the bolts form a circle with a 4.5-inch diameter. Oh, and don’t get tripped up if someone says “lug pattern” instead of “bolt pattern”—they mean the same thing.
Now that you know your 2019 Honda Accord’s lug pattern, it’s time to start shopping for a new set of wheels—-right? Wrong! You’ll also need to have several other measurements at the ready, like your wheel size, stud size, offset, and center bore and torque specifications:
Stud size: 12mm x 1.5 (12mm stud thread and 1.5mm stud thread spacing)
Wheel tightening torque: 108 Nm
How to measure your Honda Accord’s bolt pattern
It seems like there’s an endless amount of measurements and specifications you need to know by heart about your vehicle. And, if your bolt pattern suddenly slips your mind just as you’re about to finalize the purchase of your dream set of wheels—don’t worry. We’ve got you covered with this super simple guide on how to measure your 2019 Honda Accord’s (or any car’s) bolt pattern.
First, grab something to measure with. A measuring tape is ideal, but a 12-inch ruler will work in a pinch. Next, squat down next to one of your wheels and pick any bolt.
Next, place your measuring tape or ruler at the outer edge of the bolt hole and measure to the center of the opposite bolt hole. Your Accord has five bolts, so your measuring tape will wind up between two bolts. Just choose either of the nearby bolts and measure directly to its center.
The measurement you’ve taken is the diameter of the circle your bolts form, which, for the 2019 Accord, is 4.5 inches. Put it together with the number of lug holes, five, and you’ve got your bolt pattern!
