Grab a measuring tape or a ruler, and use it to measure the distance from the center of one lug to the outer edge of one of the lugs across from it. This will get you the diameter of the circle that the lugs form (the second lug pattern formula number).
Remember, the first number is just the number of lugs (count ‘em!).
