Time is running out to get these car models before they’re gone! Quite a few
car brands
have decided to discontinue some models for the 2023 year.
While these cars will still be sold, once they’re discontinued inventory will become low until they’re sold out and only used models are available. So, if you want one of these cars, don’t wait to purchase.

Toyota Avalon

Debuting in 1994 and on the roads ever since, the Toyota Avalon is being discontinued for 2023, almost 30 years later. The end of the Toyota Avalon marks the end of an era, as the small mid-size sedan has been a staple on many driveways.
According to
USA Today
, the Avalon is being replaced by the Toyota Crown in 2023, which is a new, semi-luxury, full-size sedan. The vehicle is described as a cross between a sedan and an SUV.

Hyundai Accent

Another midsize SUV bites the dust in 2023 with the Hyundai Accent.
The Hyundai Accent was a no nonsense, practical and affordable sedan. It wasn’t anything special, but it got the job done just fine with decent performance and good comfort—and it even earned a spot on
Car and Driver’s 2022 Editor’s Choice List
. It seems the Hyundai Accent was discontinued for lack of sales.

Chevrolet Spark

As
Car and Driver
points out, the
Chevrolet Spark
had a starting price of $14,595, which made it one of the cheapest cars on the market in 2022. And for the price, drivers got a semi-large 7-inch infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Chervolet safety features.
Unfortunately, the Spark’s engine only produced 98 hp, and the space inside for passengers was limited, which caused sales to be low and ultimately made Chevrolet discontinue the Spark.

Fiat 500X

According to
Motor1
, Fiat is cutting down its United States lineup to just one single vehicle, which means the Fiat 500X is getting discontinued. In 2021, the Fiat 500L was also discontinued. Now, American drivers who want a Fiat will have just one option—the electric

Acura ILX

This compact, luxury sedan from Acura hit the roads in 2013 and has been relatively successful ever since. But, in the 10 years since its debut, we haven’t seen any major updates to the
Acura ILX
sedan. That’s why this car is being discontinued in 2023, to make room for the new and improved luxury Acura sedan, the Acura Integra.

Honda Insight

Selling over 70,000 models since it hit the roads in 2018, the Honda Insight had a decent sales performance.
But, Honda announced in June that the Honda Insight would be discontinued after 2023. This is because Honda wants to focus more on its hybrid model vehicles and even has plans to produce a hybrid car called the Civic Hybrid. The Insight would be in direct competition with the Civic Hybrid, so it was discontinued.

Nissan Rogue Sport

The Nissan Rogue Sport is being discontinued in 2023 to make room for the smaller Nissan Kicks SUV and the larger Nissan Rogue SUV.
Unfortunately, the Nissan Rogue Sport just never seemed to gain as much attention, or sales, as its sibling SUVs, so Nissan has decided to discontinue it for the coming year.
