Where is the gas tank on a Ford Transit?
I am driving a rented Ford Transit for the weekend. I need to fill it up before I return it, but I cannot find the gas tank. Am I crazy? Where is the gas tank on a Ford Transit?

You’re definitely not crazy. The
Ford Transit
has a very unique placement of its gas tank. To access the gas tank for a refill, you need to open the driver’s seat door.Most gas tanks can be accessed on the back half of the vehicle, either on the driver’s side or passenger side. For a Ford Transit, the gas tank is in the bottom corner of the driver side door. You’ll need to open the door to access the tank and fill it up.
