Does the Audi A3 have cruise control?

My 1996 Corolla has been a workhorse since I owned it—however, it recently stopped working. The engine cranks, but the fuel pump doesn’t sound like it’s activated. As such, I’m going to check the fuse—where is the fuel pump relay location on the 1996 Toyota Corolla?

I bought a new car about six months ago and I’m going to get my oil changed soon. I know there are different types of oil and I’m pretty sure I need a synthetic oil, but I don’t know for sure. How can I tell if my car needs synthetic oil?

I’ve been reading online about speeding. Some sites say you have to stay below the speed limit, others say that you can go five over before getting ticketed, or that you won’t get pulled over unless you’re 10 mph over the limit. Realistically, how much can you speed without getting ticketed?
