background
You can find your 2007 Honda Odyssey radio code to unlock the stereo in your glove box, owner’s manual, or through Honda’s online code lookup.
  • Find your Honda’s radio code in your glovebox or owner’s manual.
  • You can also call Honda with your VIN number and radio serial number to get the code.
  • You’ll need to input the radio code whenever your battery gets disconnected.

Why do I need a 2007 Honda Odyssey radio code?

The sound system in a 2007 Honda Odyssey will ask you for a radio code if the vehicle’s battery recently died or was replaced. This is to help deter sound system theft.
Ultimately, this is a helpful feature—but it can easily become frustrating if you’ve never even heard of a radio code and you’re just trying to listen to music on your commute.

How to find your 2007 Honda Odyssey radio code

Before you look for the radio code, try to automatically reset your radio. Press the power button down for two seconds and your radio may restart on its own.
Glovebox or owner’s manual: Look for a sticker that says “Anti-Theft Radio Code” or similar phrasing.
The radio code may share a sticker with the radio’s serial number, so remember that the code you’re looking for is only five digits. Longer codes are for something else.

How to look up your 2007 Honda Odyssey radio code

If you’ve lost your owner’s manual or can’t find the sticker, there’s another way to find the code. Here is the information you will need to retrieve the radio code:
  • Vehicle identification number (VIN)
: This 17-digit code can be found at the base of the driver’s side windshield, on your vehicle registration, or on your insurance card.
  • 10-digit serial number: Hold down the 1 and 6 radio preset buttons while turning your ignition on so the car’s electrical components activate. The serial number will appear on the radio display or navigation system.
  • Your zip code
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
Once you have the VIN and device serial number, call Honda at 1-800-999-1009 or go to
Honda’s online lookup tool
. You can also call your local Honda dealer to schedule an appointment; the Honda dealership can help you locate your 2007 Honda Odyssey radio code.

How to unlock the radio

Once you get the unlock code from the service center, activate the radio unit. Enter the code using the radio buttons or arrow keys (the process is slightly different with older models).
Pro Tip: The radio code look-up process is similar across all Honda models, whether you drive an Odyssey or a CR-V.
