Fairfield County property taxpayers have three options to submit their payments:
  • To pay in person, head to the
    Treasurer's Office
    located at 210 East Main Street, Room 206 Lancaster, Ohio, 43130, between 8 am and 4 pm. Remember to bring a credit card or check to make your payment. 
  • There is also a drop box open at 135 W Chestnut Street, Lancaster for three weeks before the payment due date. Call the Treasurer’s Office for more information on dates and times. 
  • You can skip the hassle of commuting and pay online using the
    Point and Pay Portal
    with a credit card or e-check. Keep in mind that there will be an online payment fee.
  • You can also mail in your payment with a check made payable to: Fairfield County Treasurer, James N. Bahnsen. An envelope should be provided with your tax bill.
