How do you delete the call history on a car's Bluetooth?

I can’t find any controls for my Bluetooth call history in the settings or instructions in my owner’s manual. I want to reset the history before I sell the vehicle. Is there a way to delete my call history on my car’s Bluetooth?

Some cars allow you to delete your call history from the Bluetooth settings, but others will require you to unsync your phone before you can delete your call history. If you can’t find the delete history option in your settings, try one of these three options:
  • Press and hold the call you’d like to delete, then select delete from the menu that pops up.
  • Turn off your Bluetooth completely, then turn it back on. Sometimes, this deletes your call history.
  • If neither of these things work, remove your phone as a known device in your car’s Bluetooth settings. Delete any calls on your phone before you resync your phone with the vehicle. The calls should disappear from your history..
