You can learn how to program your
Buick
garage door opener with your current garage door remote. Your Universal Home Remote system is built directly into your car and has the power to open three separate garage doors.
Here’s how to program your Buick garage door opener:
  • Press the first and third buttons on your Buick’s Universal Home Remote system for twenty seconds.
  • Hold your garage door remote within a few inches of the Universal Home Remote system.
  • Press both the remote button and the desired Universal Home Remote system button at the same time.
  • The indicator light on your Universal Home Remote system will flash slowly, then rapidly. Once this happens, release both buttons.
With that done, your garage door and Buick should be linked. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to press the ‘Learn’ button on your garage door motor, then press the desired Universal Home Remote system within thirty seconds.
