Since traditional car rental agencies require a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle, you’re left with two options to obtain a car for your driver’s test:
Rent a vehicle from a driver training school
Borrow a car from a friend or family member
Some driver training schools will offer you the option to rent a car from them even if you haven’t been taking lessons there. The school may even be able to send someone out to pick you up at home before the test, or you can meet them at the DMV.
