Sorry to hear your Bluetooth is giving you trouble! If you want to reset your Volkswagen’s Bluetooth, you’ll have to reset your system by first deleting your vehicle’s profile from your phone and your phone profile from your Volkswagen.
You’ll want to disable the Bluetooth from your phone and vehicle as well, then try to re-pair your Bluetooth by following these instructions:
  • Select Setup on your infotainment screen
  • Press Bluetooth
  • Select Search for devices
  • Press Results, then select your device
  • Select Bluetooth audio
  • You’ll receive a PIN number on your phone, and hit Yes on your infotainment screen if both match
And voila! The Bluetooth on your Volkswagen should be working now.
