USSA did an amazing job when it came to taking care of us as well as our car when it came to our first accident, which can be scary and stressful. Instead all we had to do was send in pictures and then talk to an agent. We had no problem with a rental. The first cost of repairs ended up not being enough to cover the truck and USSA did not give us any problems when they had to send out more. They also have 1 accident forgiveness. When it came to the rental it was completely stress free.

As far as auto insurance goes, I’ve never had better than USAA. They aren’t the cheapest around but they’re totally reasonable, especially for the level of care given by their customer service reps.
