Will leaving something plugged into my car’s cigarette lighter drain the battery?

I’m currently in driver’s ed and my instructor keeps telling me I’m straddling the lanes. What does it mean to straddle while you’re driving?

Is there a way for me to rev the engine in my automatic while I’m driving, or can I only do it while parked? I recently switched from a manual car to an automatic and I don’t know how to rev the engine without totally coming to a stop first. I like revving my engine when I’m driving really fast, so I would love to learn how to do it in my new car.

I live in south Texas and the air conditioner stopped working on my car. My brother told me that I probably need to remove the freon and refill it to solve the problem. However, I’ve never done any type of maintenance like this before. How do I bleed the freon out of my car’s A/C?
