Why is my Mercedes Bluetooth not working?

Bluetooth is not working, but they’ll all require some troubleshooting. Check the following the next time you’re in your car:- Is your device’s Bluetooth on?: We know it may seem obvious, but it’s worth checking that you didn’t forget to turn your device’s Bluetooth back on after turning it off for some reason.
- Resetting your device’s Bluetooth: If your device’s Bluetooth was on, you may just need to turn it off and back on again then try reconnecting to your Mercedes’s Bluetooth from your phone.
- Resetting your Bluetooth connection: If your device’s Bluetooth was on, you may just need to disconnect and reconnect your device. You can usually do this by forgetting the device on your phone and deleting a phone on your Mercedes’s infotainment system, then re-adding the device.
If none of these work then you may be facing an issue with your device’s Bluetooth connectivity, or a bigger
car repair
needed on your Mercedes’s radio and infotainment software. You can purchase a Bluetooth adapter
