Yikes! That sounds really annoying. There are a few different reasons that your car might beep while driving:
The most common reason is one of your doors is open. Check them all, including the trunk, to make sure that your doors are properly latched.
Your fuel door isn’t closed.
You (or one of your passengers) hasn’t fastened your seatbelt. Note that even if you don’t have other people in the car, heavy items in your passenger seat could trigger the seatbelt alarm.
If none of these options seems to be the issue, it’s possible that there is an electrical problem with your car. To figure out exactly what’s going on, it’s a good idea to take your car to a mechanic.
