The Turo deposit varies based on the type of car you book and your trip details.
For Turo drivers in the United States:
- Guests under 30 who book a Deluxe Class or Super Deluxe Class car pay a $750 deposit.
- The Turo security system sometimes identifies reasons for drivers to pay a deposit. Trips chosen by the security system for cars that aren’t Deluxe or Super Deluxe Class require a deposit of up to $200.
- You can receive a $250 discount on your deposit in some cases by submitting your personal insurance information at the time of booking.
