How do you fix rattling windows in a car?

Rattling windows can undoubtedly get annoying very quickly! The good news is that you might be able to fix rattling windows in a car at home with only a few supplies.
To fix the rattling windows, you will need:
- Screwdriver or utility blade
- Adhesive cleaner
- Replacement weatherstrips
- Silicone lubricant
Once you have your supplies, you should:
- Examine the window gaskets for any wear and tear or damage. With a car that’s at least ten years old, it’s not uncommon for these seals to wear out and cause some rattling.
- Remove the old seal using a screwdriver or utility blade.
- Clean away the old adhesive and dry the area well.
- Apply a new adhesive and install the new weatherstrip.
- Apply a thin layer of silicone lubricant to the seal once dry.
