Will renters insurance cover me after theft by an overnight guest?
"I let an overnight guest stay at my place while I went to work. He proceeded to steal my laptop, tablet, and some jewelry. The police claim this is a domestic dispute and refuse to charge him. Will renters insurance cover my belongings?
