Will reckless driving affect my employment?

I’m between jobs, but I recently received a reckless driving charge. I wasn’t under the influence or anything, but I’m still worried that it may cause problems getting a job. Does a reckless driving charge affect my chances to gain employment?

is definitely something you want to avoid, but it shouldn’t have a huge impact on your employment. That is, unless you drive a car for the job or have to use a company car.
If you have to drive for the job, a reckless driving ticket may stand out as a red flag to potential employers. But unless your license is suspended or revoked due to the reckless driving charge, your employer or potential employer shouldn’t put up a big fuss. It just may require a conversation about why you got the charge and whether or not you have any other misdemeanor driving offenses.
As a result of reckless driving, you will undoubtedly see your car insurance rates increase, but that doesn’t mean you have to pay a premium for car insurance. Instead, download the
