Will my renters insurance cover a bicycle stolen away from home?
"I parked my bicycle outside a bakery and secured it with a lock. When I returned just 20 minutes later, the bike was gone. Will my renters insurance cover my bike, even though it was stolen far away from my apartment?

“Yes, renters insurance will cover your bicycle. Renters insurance covers your personal property both at home and away from home. This is why renters insurance is such an important coverage for all tenants to have, and the good news is that it’s very affordable. The average renters insurance cost is about $15 per month. “

If my home is ruined, can I fight to get the maximum payout from my insurer?
"A huge tree fell on my house and the property's been deemed a complete loss. My home was insured for $210,000, but my insurance company is only willing to pay me $160,000. Do I have any grounds to fight them for the maximum payout of $210,000? "

Can I make a claim with my own insurance if the other driver is underinsured?
I wasn't at fault in an accident and the other driver only has $25,000 in liability coverage. My medical bills and the damage to my vehicle have exceeded this limit. I do have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Am I able to submit a claim to my own insurance?
