Will making a car loan payment four days late affect my credit?
"I had an unforeseen expense and as a result, I'm going to be four days late on my car loan.
Will this affect my credit score?"

“No, this won’t affect your credit score. Most lenders allow you a grace period, typically around five to 10 days, but you’ll have to check your contract to find out or call your lender.
If you don’t have a grace period, you might get hit with a late fee. So, again, contact your lender and find out the relevant information.
Because you’re only a few days late, you don’t need to worry about your credit.”

"My pre-approved new car loan expires in a week. If I decline to take the loan, will this affect my credit score? "
I initially thought I needed the loan, but my grandma has offered to loan me some money instead, and with her I don't have to pay interest! This is why I want to decline the bank's loan.

Will a non owners policy be the right insurance for a car that I am borrowing?
I am from Connecticut and will be living in Alaska for just the summer this year. My aunt will let me borrow her truck so I have a vehicle to get around in. It is covered on her policy, but she wants me to get a non-owner policy so that I am insured. How do I get it and for what state?
