It’s never a good idea to drive on a suspended license,
If you’re caught driving on a suspended license in Georgia, the mandatory minimum sentence is:
  • A fine between $500 and $1,000
  • Jail time between two days and 12 months, depending on the severity of the offense and how many times you’ve been caught on a suspended license.
In all likelihood, you’ll face other tickets for driving without
car insurance
