Will Farm Bureau file my SR-22?

I had a major lapse in judgment and as a result, was convicted of a DUI. The court is requiring me to get an SR-22 certificate but I’m afraid that my insurance company will drop me because of it. Will Farm Bureau still insure someone who has to file an SR-22?

Everyone makes mistakes. Farm Bureau will file your
SR-22
. In fact, Farm Bureau is one of the most affordable insurance companies for drivers who must maintain an SR-22 certificate.
When you have to file an SR-22, you might worry that your insurance provider is going to either drop you or increase your rate beyond what you can afford. Luckily, Farm Bureau doesn’t have this reputation at all. Not only will Farm Bureau file an SR-22 with the state on your behalf, but they also keep your insurance relatively low despite the fact you’re technically considered a
high-risk driver
.
After a major driving violation such as a
DUI
, it’s common for drivers to be court-ordered to file and maintain an SR-22 certificate for around three years. This certificate proves that you have purchased car insurance in accordance with your home state’s legal minimum limits.
