That’s because 0% financing is just another marketing tool designed to get people in the door.
While the dealer doesn’t make any extra money on the loan, the markups they have on the vehicles themselves is enough to make the business profitable.
Keep in mind that if you do get 0% financing, search the contract for what happens if you’re ever late on your payment. This is where most dealers recoup their money on lost interest and gamble that you’ll miss at least one payment.
