Will an aftermarket exhaust system void a Subaru warranty?
If I install an aftermarket exhaust system in my Subaru, will my warranty still be valid or will it be voided? I know aftermarket exhaust systems aren’t really necessary so I can wait, but I would like to install one now.

An aftermarket exhaust system will not void your

warranty, but you might find it more difficult to get repairs covered should you choose to install one.Under United States law, aftermarket parts cannot void your warranty. However, if you experience problems with your car that have been caused by those aftermarket parts, the repairs may not be covered since the damages will be considered your fault for choosing to add aftermarket parts.
