Why would another auto insurance company offer me a lower rate than what I'm currently paying?

I'm with Allstate right now and I requested quotes from other companies. There are a few quotes that are $200 less than what I'm currently paying. Am I being overcharged? Is there something I'm missing?

“Every car insurance company looks at different factors when determining a rate, and they weigh these factors differently as well. These often include your age, driving record, location, and the type of car you drive.
Although you’ve been able to find a lower rate elsewhere, this does not mean that Allstate has been overcharging you.
You may qualify for discounts with other carriers that Allstate doesn’t offer. You could also be a type of insured driver that another company favors, meaning their rates may be more competitive compared to what you’re currently paying.
With such a large price difference, you want to make sure that you’ll be receiving the same amount of coverage if you switch companies. The
types of car insurance
that companies offer vary, so be sure that the prices you are comparing are for the same coverages. If another carrier’s policy is similar to what you currently have, it may be worth making the switch. “
