Let’s take a look at why your windshield wipers only work on high.The first thing to look at is the switch. The power to the switch may be fine, but the switch itself may have failed internally and need to be replaced.
If the switch was tested and had good results, there may be a problem with the wiring harness. The harness needs to be replaced if the multimeter gets a reading lower than 10 volts.
Switch and harness seem normal? Time to test the wiper motor. A failed motor won’t be able to function properly and needs a replacement.
