It’s great that you’re getting back into racing! If you want to support Jimmie Johnson this year, you can find him rumbling around the track driving for Chip Ganassi Racing.
In 2021, Johnson jumped into IndyCar racing, competing in 12 road and street course races. A few months ago, he announced that he’ll be diving into IndyCar racing full-time in the No. 48 Dallara-Honda.
Johnson said that his interest in racing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway came to a crescendo last year when he was working with the NBC broadcasting team on an Indy event. “I had massive FOMO,” said Johnson of the Indy event, “and now, I’m ready to go.”
Keep an eye out for No. 48 in Indianapolis this season!
