Who do I file a claim with after my neighbor started a fire that spread to my property?

My neighbor decided to tear down and burn his old wooden fence. The problem is, the fire spread from his property to mine and torched parts of my fence, shrubbery, and shed. Whose homeowners insurance do I make a claim on, mine or my neighbor's?

“If there is damage to your property caused by your neighbor’s negligence, you should contact their insurance company to try to initiate a claim. If the neighbor’s insurance company finds a reason to fight the claim, you also have the ability to sue the neighbor directly for the damages. If all else fails, you can file a claim directly through your own homeowners insurance company to pay for the damages. “
