Both SUVs come equipped with 2.0L four-cylinder engines that deliver 250 horsepower. The Edge is slightly more fuel efficient while the Nautilus offers 5 more lb-ft of torque, but both vehicles seat five people total. Here are a few other standard features that both vehicles include:
