“It really depends on your budget and expectations. The Chevrolet Corvette, Ford Mustang GT, Chevrolet Camaro SS, Dodge Charger Scat Pack, and Dodge Challenger Scat Pack all have 450 to 500 horsepower.
The Corvette starts at nearly $60,000, only seats two, and currently doesn’t have any higher horsepower options. Meanwhile, the Scat Pack, Camaro SS, and Mustang GT all seat up to four people, have higher horsepower options, and can be had for around $40,000.
Many BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz models offer similar if not better performance, but most cost substantially more than their Ford, Dodge, and Chevy competitors. “
