If you’re used to finding a car battery under a hood, the battery location of a Dodge Journey might be somewhat unexpected! For most model years, the battery location on a Dodge Journey is found inside the tire well on the driver’s side.
To access it, you’ll need to remove your tire and hold it up with jacks, then gently remove the clips holding the well cover in place. Behind that cover is where you’ll find your battery.
