Where was the Toyota Supra made?
I know Toyota probably has factories everywhere now, but I hope the original Supra prototypes come from the company’s home base. Was the first Toyota Supra made in Japan?

You’ll be happy to know that the early models of the Supra were made in Japan! The first, second, and third generations of the Toyota Supra were made at the Tahara plant in Tahara, Aichi, Japan. The fourth generation was made at the Motomachi plant in Toyota City, Japan.
The latest models of the Supra are being manufactured in Graz, Austria at the Magna Steyr plant, which is also used for BMW production. The Supra is fairly similar to a BMW but, with a lower starting price of $43,190, the Supra is more affordable for most drivers.
