Where is the Sentry Mode on the Tesla?
I’ve heard that there’s a Sentry mode on the Tesla. What is it and how do I activate it? I just got my Tesla so I haven’t figured it out yet!

The Sentry Mode on the Tesla can be found by tapping on settings and going to Controls > Safety and Security > Sentry Mode. To enable Sentry Mode, you must toggle to turn it on each time you want to use the feature.
However, Sentry Mode can only be turned on if Dog Mode is disabled and a dashcam is installed and equipped with a USB drive. Once you toggle the Sentry Mode, it will activate once the car is parked.
The Sentry Mode is an active anti-theft feature. Once turned on, the Tesla vehicle can monitor surrounding activities when it is parked. The vehicle will react if suspicious activity is detected.
For example, let’s say someone tries to break into your car. The cameras will start recording and the alarm system activates. The center display increases in brightness and music is played at maximum volume to alert surrounding people. An alert will also be sent to your app as soon as possible. Overall, it’s a great way to protect your car.
