Where is the Rivian plant in Georgia?
I heard that an electric car company called Rivian is building a new manufacturing plant in Georgia, but I don’t know where it is. Where is the Rivian plant in Georgia going to be?

You’re right that Rivian, an electric vehicle company based in California, has plans to open a new plant in Georgia. But so far, construction hasn’t started yet.
The Rivian plant in Georgia is slated to be about 45 miles east of Atlanta off Interstate 20. The company plans to begin production at the facility in 2024.
If you’ve never heard of Rivian, it’s an EV company that makes two models:
- The R1T is an electric pickup truck with a starting MSRP of $67,500
- The R1S is an electric SUV with a starting MSRP of $72,500
