Where is the Lincoln MKC made?

I have my eyes on my next car: a Lincoln MKC. However, I read that some Ford and Lincoln vehicles are built overseas or in Mexico, and I really want an American-made vehicle. Where does Lincoln build the MKC?

During its limited production run from 2015 to 2019, the Lincoln MKC was made at the Louisville Assembly Plant in Louisville, Kentucky. Today, the factory builds the Ford Escape and the Lincoln Corsair.
The Lincoln Corsair is the successor to the MKC if you would rather buy a new car than a used one. The two vehicles are similar in style and features, and both are American-made.
