Where is the cruise control on a 2009 Chevy Cobalt?
I just bought a used Chevy Cobalt. It runs like a dream, has low miles, and I know it has cruise control—I’m just not sure how to use it. What do I need to do to set the cruise control on a 2009 Cobalt?

Congrats on the new ride! The cruise control on a 2009 Chevy Cobalt is conveniently mounted on the left side of the steering wheel. You only need to activate it to easily cruise to your destination.
To activate cruise control on a 2009 Cobalt, follow these steps:
- While you’re driving, locate the cruise control button on the left side of the steering wheel. It has a speedometer symbol on it to make it easier to find.
- Press it to turn it on.
- Accelerate to your desired speed.
- Press the button just to the right of the cruise control button that reads set. Your car should continue at the speed you chose.
