Where is the 2010 Honda Civic’s OBD port location?

I signed up for Snapshot from Progressive, and my plug-in device just came in the mail. The only problem is, I can’t find where I’m supposed to plug it in! Can you tell me the 2010 Honda Civic’s port location?

It’s a little harder to find on this particular model year of the
Civic
. A 2010 Honda Civic’s OBD port location is underneath the steering wheel, tucked away in the upper corner where the center console meets the rest of the dashboard.
It’s easiest to locate if you’re sitting in the driver’s seat. Feel around under the dashboard panel below the steering wheel. Move your hands to the right, and search in the upper right corner. You’ll locate the ODB port to plug in your
Snapshot device
.
Most other automakers put their ODB ports directly on the dashboard to the right of the steering wheel, or the dashboard beneath the steering wheel. Your 2010 Honda Civic’s is slightly more hidden away, which helps prevent your Snapshot device from becoming too much of an eyesore. Just be careful not to knock it out with your knee!
