Where is the 1995 Toyota Camry fuel pump relay located?

My engine won’t start and I think it’s the fuel pump relay, but I don’t know where to find it. How can I check this part?

The fuel pump relay for a 1995 Toyota Camry is located under the dashboard on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment. If you need to gain access, you’ll need to remove the glove compartment.
If your car’s engine is cranking but will not start, it may be an indicator that you need a new fuel pump relay, but it might also be a symptom of something else, such as:
  • Dirty fuel injectors
  • Poor compression
  • Fuel pump failure
  • Faulty spark plugs
  • Bad crankshaft position sensor
All of these issues have similar symptoms, and replacing the fuel pump relay is one of the cheaper issues on this list to fix. If the source of the problem turns out not to be the relay, try cleaning the fuel injectors.
